WRAA Double Axel WRAA Double Axel is definitely one of our favorites! Like his sire, AMAF Double Barrel, Axel demonstrates many of the same outstanding traits—not only in his conformation, but also in his easygoing personality. Axel is the cool cat of his tween boys group. He has a laid-back, confident demeanor and even enjoys the occasional snuggle. But don’t let his relaxed personality fool you—Axel is incredibly eye-catching, and his stoic stature demands attention wherever he goes. He sports a strong, macho head style and a solid frame that continues to develop beautifully as an older juvenile. His light fawn fleece is another one of his standout features. WRAA Double Trouble Trouble stole our hearts from the moment he was born—and he hasn’t stopped charming us since! Trouble currently holds the WRAA record for “Cutest Cria”, and with his incredible personality and sweet, affectionate nature, it’s easy to see why. WRAA Tootsie WRAA Tootsie is truly one of our favorites here at Walnut Ridge Acres Alpaca Farm (and just like her mama, she has completely stolen our hearts!). Katara We traveled all the way to the West Coast to bring home this special Manifest Destiny girl—and she was absolutely worth the journey! Katara is the complete package, combining a very feminine and attractive phenotype with the kind of presence that immediately catches your eye. Once you get your hands in her fleece, she truly shines—pleasingly uniform, bright, dense, and incredibly fine. Katara represents everything we look for in our breeding program, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our herd. RICKY is one of those very special alpacas that instantly steals your heart. Simply put, we love this boy! Along with his sweet and lovable personality, his fleece is beyond exceptional. At almost four years of age, this multi-champion male continues to produce a long-stapled fleece with remarkable brightness, soft hand, fineness, and uniformity throughout his blanket. Ricky was recently awarded Judge’s Choice at the 2022 Paoba Fleece Showcase. Judges praised his “fine and bright fleece with soft handle,” with one judge even wanting to take him home! Another judge called his fleece, quite simply, “sexy.” We are sending Ricky’s 5th fleece to the 2023 National Fleece Show. Even now, he continues to demonstrate strong fleece characteristics and impressive fleece weight, with his skirted show fleece exceeding 4 pounds. I fell in love with Vanity the moment I saw her at the 2023 Parade of Champions Auction, and we were thrilled to have the opportunity to bring her home. Vanity is a beautifully feminine female with a well-balanced frame and an elegant presence. Her fleece is equally impressive, exhibiting lovely fineness, structure, and a beautiful hand. Anastasia Anastasia, affectionately known as Ana Banana, is one of those special girls who has captured our hearts—and she certainly knows she’s a princess! TP Mayumi by Absolutely Elite Mayumi has quickly become a very special addition to the Walnut Ridge Acres herd. We were over the moon when Mayumi joined our program in Spring 2025.
